2. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3-5 Business Days.
Rest of India: 5-8 Business Days.
Note: Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics issues beyond our control. However, we will keep you updated at every step.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. That’s why we offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders. There are no hidden costs or extra delivery fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please note that our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to verify your order and address before dispatching to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, a unique Tracking ID will be sent to you. You can track your order directly on our website or through our courier partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express, BlueDart, etc.).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Refund Policy. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to transit damage or missing items.
